Well i will show how to install Workbenc on ubuntu. Before it i have posted about How to install Umbrello and How to use icronic to install windows. What is workbench? 

Workbenc is tool for Database administrator to Make EER diagram and to create database using GUI. In windows we can install just with click the setup program and next until finish. But how about linux?

With linux u can install with 2 way. One,u can install using Ubuntu Software Center, and other u can use terminal tu get install Workbench. Let we install workbench use Terminal

1. First open your terminal Ctrl+alt+T then type sudo apt-get install mysql-workbenc. Use tab to see other package like below. 

2. After that u will downloadn mysql-workbenc

3. To open it u must open in application-programming-mysql-workbenc
